Library Update: Operations Guidelines

In accordance with the revised protocols for St. Martin Parish Government facilities effective Friday, May 28, 2021, St. Martin Parish Library has revised operations guidelines as follows:

  • Masks or face coverings will no longer be required; however, masks or face coverings are still strongly recommended.
  • Due to social distancing guidelines, all branches will remain operating at 75% capacity and will continue to have a limited number of computers available for public use.
  • High-touch surfaces and library materials will continue to be sanitized frequently in accordance to CDC guidelines.
  • Public restrooms remain open; however, water fountains will remain unavailable.
  • Contact individual branch location for meeting room and study room availability.

Curbside service continues at each branch. Our in-house programming and our outreach services continue to be suspended until further notice. St. Martin Parish Library is hopeful that it may begin to transition to in-person programming in the fall of 2021. We continue to urge the public to utilize the library’s FREE online resources available on our website at www.stmartinparishlibrary.org

The library branches will continue to observe the following hours:
