It's that time of year again! Time to start reading titles nominated for the State of Louisiana's Readers' Choice Programs. Louisiana Young Readers' Choice and Louisiana Teen Readers' Choice are programs designed for students in grades 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Students read nominated titles in 2018 and vote by February 2019 for their favorites. As you read titles, feel free to leave a comment below, sharing your thoughts on the books you select to read. Readers of St. Martin Parish Library can participate in the world's largest global digital reading club, Big Library Read. Big Library Read is an international reading program that connects readers around the world simultaneously with a digital title through the library. The free program runs for two weeks, beginning on Oct 12 and concluding on Oct 26. To get started, all that is needed is a library card. St. Martin Parish Library users will be able to borrow the book through their Overdrive account .
