Reopening schedule for St. Martin Parish Library

In accordance with guidelines set by the governor’s office, St. Martin Parish Library announces its schedule for phased reopening. During Phase 1, library staff will return to all library branches on Monday, May 18. During this time period, staff will be available via phone to answer questions, and work to clean and sanitize all materials and surfaces in the library. Harry Potter fans received a treat this week - a read-aloud of the entire Harry Potter series. Beginning May 7, one chapter per day will be read by a different celebrity. Start HERE with Chapter One: The Boy Who Lived, read by Daniel Radcliffe. Also find quizzes, puzzles, and reading activities on the Harry Potter at Home site. We asked the Facebook community last Friday whether they preferred reading paper books or ebooks. By a mile, they voted for paper books as their preference (though plenty of love was given to ebooks and audiobooks). Just fill out the Online Borrower Registration form via our website HERE and we will issue a temporary card that will allow you access to all of our digital content. You may also contact us if your card is expired and you need it be renewed or unblocked.
